Cyndi Sparks Bio

Cyndi Sparks offers a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience in organizational and cultural development, corporate training, and leadership initiatives. She has served as Director, Organizational Development & Learning for Scriptsave, a national award-winning pharmacy benefits management company. In addition to developing and implementing company-wide organizational development strategies and initiatives, she acted as advisor to the CEO and Executive team, and served as liaison between the executives and the organization at large.
Prior to working as the Director, Organizational Development & Learning, she served as ScriptSave’s Manager of Learning & Development and Quality Assurance. In this capacity, she led all aspects of learning and quality management, including needs assessments, curriculum development, budget management, and delivery of a multi-component curriculum. She played a prominent role in the creation and launch of ScriptSave University, a comprehensive strategy and framework for company-wide learning and development. Additionally, she was key in the conception and implementation of the company’s first quality assurance program, including the introduction of CQI—continuous quality improvement—strategies and programs.
Cyndi’s leadership capabilities, operational experience, and finely tuned presentation expertise greatly contributed to ScriptSave’s many awards, which includes being listed as Inc. Magazine’s Fastest Growing Private Companies (3 consecutive years), as well as recipient of Tucson’s Best Place to Work award.
Cyndi has the distinction of being invited on numerous occasions by Franklin-Covey to speak at their international leadership conventions, where she has presented on the breadth of unique programs and strategies she led at ScriptSave. Cyndi possesses certified trainer status in a number of professional curricula, including Franklin Covey’s “7 Habits of Highly Effective People” and “The 4 Roles of Leadership.” She is also certified by DDI in courses on business, customer service, sales, and marketing.
Cyndi currently makes her home in Tucson, Arizona, with her husband, Drew.
